The present paper shows a web application that allows the integration of users into a demand response (DR) program by incentives. For integrating users, an integrating agent has been designed that coordinates the participation of the users and economically evaluates the cost of the DR Service that is offered to a network operator. The application in turn allows the network operator to verify the technical feasibility of performing the supply of power disconnects that the integrator agent sends to it. The results are illustrated through a case study where was taken a standard network from Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers called IEEE 14 nodes
