SERVICIO WEB PARA EL SEGUIMIENTO DEL FENÓMENO DE INVASIÓN DEL ESPACIO PÚBLICO UTILIZANDO CROWDSOURCING

El internet, las comunicaciones y los avances actuales de la telefonía móvil se han convertido en elementos esenciales para compartir de forma rápida y precisa, información   generada por las diferentes personas que usan a diario de manera implícita estas tecnologías. Con la creciente propagación de las aplicaciones para los dispositivos móviles y entre ellas la posibilidad de capturar la localización precisa de un punto en un lugar, surgen una gran cantidad de herramientas que facilitan la compresión de los fenómenos que a diario ocurren en nuestro ambiente.

En este trabajo se busca la manera de recolectar contenido relacionado al fenómeno de invasión del espacio público en la ciudad de Bogotá a través de crowdsourcing, para vincular al ciudadano en la captura de esta información a través de sus dispositivos móviles y entender el fenómeno de la invasión. Es por esto que se pretende integrar un servicio web para la captura de coordenadas de un punto [1], una imagen que atestigüe el problema de invasión [2] e información adicional que el usuario perciba del lugar de recolección de información.            Con base a esto, se pueden discutir las considerarse que se deben tener en cuenta para entender el fenómeno y presentar herramientas que ayuden a una posible solución.
