Las actividades antropogénicas causan una serie de impactos en el Ambiente y la actividad agrícola no es la excepción, el constante uso del suelo hace que este se erosione y pierda nutrientes así como también contamina el recurso hídrico afectando a diferentes especies. Sin embargo en muchos casos no se llega a determinar un valor aproximado de los costos que se generan a causa de la depredación de los ecosistemas y el efecto monetario que se genera en distintas propiedades que se ven afectadas.

Para esta investigación se hará uso de la función de demanda de bienes inmuebles a través de la metodología de valoración por precios hedónicos que determinara la influencia de los atributos ambientales sobre el beneficio dado en producción en los hogares.

Se resalta la necesidad de incluir técnicas de análisis econométrico espacial, siendo estas más apropiadas al tipo de investigación debido a que pueden interpretar variables tanto económicas como espaciales. De esta manera se busca tener una mayor aproximación al valor real de los predios en el mercado. Al obtener la relación en términos monetarios de calidad ambiental y el valor de los predios se puede plantear Herramientas para la toma de decisiones en la Sierra.

Abstract

The anthropogenic activities cause a number of impacts on the environment and the agriculture is not an exception, the soil constant use makes this soil to erode and lose nutrients and also pollutes water resources affecting different species.
