La producción teórica, la investigación científica y la aplicación del conocimiento en la detección, diagnóstico y producción de talentos deportivos se ponen cada vez con el mayor interés de las comunidades, tanto desde lo puramente deportivo hasta el manejo político. En el presente artículo se trata de hacer algunas compilaciones y reflexiones sobre la experiencia en las islas del Caribe, en la que se destaca Cuba.
