MULTIMEDIA DOCUMENTARY PROJECT TO INFORM THE P.Q.R.S SYSTEM TO THE USERS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF AQUEDUCT, SEWER OF THE CITY OF BOGOTÁ

Abstract

Thais  multimedia  documentar  Project  das  developed  to  raise  awareness  and  inform  users  about  the  P.Q.R.S.  system  of  the  Bogota  water,  sewage  and  sanitation  company,  because initially  there  was  a  lack  of  interest  and  appropriation  of  the  main  focus  of  the  project.

For  this  purpose,  a  questionnaire  was  used  to  collect  information  on  the  knowledge  of  users about  the  P.Q.R.S.  and  its  implication,  taking  into  account  the  current  situation.

Based  on  the  information  obtained,  a  statistical  analysis  was  carried  out,  which  was  vital  to adequately  focus  on  the  topics  covered  in  the  multimedia  documentary  project;  the methodology  used  had  a  descriptive  approach.

Finally,  the  realization  of  the  video  (multimedia  documentary  project)  was  carried  out, capturing  an  everyday  situation  in  its  characters  in  order  to  achieve  a  greater  impact  on  the viewers,  where  several  important  topics  were  discussed  about  how  the  P.Q.R.S.  procedures are  carried  out  in  the  aqueduct,  sanitation  and  sewerage  company  in  the  city  of  Bogotá, thereby  reaching  the  users  in  a  more  didactic  and  concise  way.
