Este documento se refiere al seguimiento y ampliación del alcance del sistema de gestión de calidad en Danaranjo S.A., para las líneas de directorios telefónicos, formas, documentos valores, sobres y afines, describiendose las diferentes etapas que contribuyeron a la obtención del certificado ISO 9001:2000 otorgado por el Icontec. Los pasos dados en el camino incluyeron la redefinición de los procesos de la organización, elaboración de un diagnóstico para determinar el nivel de cumplimiento con los requisitos de la norma, actualización de la documentación y ciclo de auditorías internas y externas de calidad hasta la auditoría de certificación.
