It is the interest of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas to safeguard the privacy of the User's personal information obtained through institutional web pages. To this end, the University is committed to adopting a protection policy in accordance with the following:

The User acknowledges that the entry of personal information is done voluntarily, freely, expressly, and informedly, in response to specific requirements requested by the University for processing a procedure, requesting information, responding to a survey, accessing the Admissions process, or using various interactive mechanisms available on the web.

The User who provides their data to the University expressly and unequivocally consents to and authorizes the treatment and management of their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution Number 432 of August 30, 2016, and the Personal Data Treatment Policy.
