En el presente artículo se expone una investigación bibliográfica de la literatura académica relacionada con los “portales de autoservicio en las organizaciones”, esta investigación se realizó a través de la búsqueda, organización y análisis de artículos, con el fin de presentar un apoyo conceptual, teórico y estadístico para trabajos de investigación que necesiten indagar sobre las diferentes soluciones a la automatización de los procesos organizacionales, por ejemplo, en el área recursos de humanos. Así mismo, se obtienen 24 artículos que permiten listar varios factores clave individuales, organizacionales y tecnológicos que motivan el uso del autoservicio.

This article presents a bibliographic research of the academic related literature with the "self-service portals in organizations", this research was carried out through the search, organization and analysis of articles, in order to present a conceptual, theoretical and statistical support for research works that need to inquire about the different solutions to the automation of organizational processes, for example, in the area of human resources. Likewise, 24 articles were obtained that allow to list several key individual, organizational and technological factors that motivate the use of self-service.
