Con el auge de las tecnologías móviles, web, internet, planes de datos, etc., se podría pensar o creer que esta facilidad en la conectividad podría ayudarnos a ser eficientes o permitirnos crecer en cuanto a capacidades, conocimientos o habilidades, ya que estaríamos a solo un clic de una basta cantidad de información 100% disponible de forma online. El objetivo de este artículo es evidenciar si esta conectividad muchas veces más que un beneficio, generan malos hábitos en la vida, debido al tiempo de conectividad al que llegamos a estar expuestos.

With the rise of mobile technologies, web, internet, data plans, etc., one might think or believe that this ease of connectivity could help us to be efficient or allow us to grow in terms of capacities, knowledge or skills, since we would be just one click away from a vast amount of information 100% available online. The objective of this article is to show if this connectivity, many times more than a benefit, tends to tie us to a vice or generate bad habits in our lives, due to the time of connectivity to which we are exposed.
