El presente artículo propone la implementación de un módulo dentro de la plataforma Open Simulator, para el desarrollo de competencias en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación para el desarrollo integral de estudiantes universitarios que les permita tener éxito en su campo laboral en este tipo de herramientas que permiten el desarrollo de diferentes competencias en habilidades blandas y habilidades fuertes, esta herramienta permite la simulación de diferentes ambientes de entrenamiento dentro de mundos virtuales.

This article proposes the implementation of a module within the Open Simulator platform, for the development of competencies in Information and Communication Technologies for the integral development of university students that will allow them to succeed in their labor field in this type of tools that allow the development of different skills in soft skills and strong skills, this tool allows the simulation of different training environments within virtual worlds.
