El libro De la paz territorial a la paz total en Colombia. Una aproximación socio-espacial surge en un momento clave de los estudios sobre paz en Colombia. Publicado al calor del cambio conceptual que va de la paz territorial a la paz total propuesta por el gobierno de Gustavo Petro en 2022, este compilado pone al territorio en el centro de la reflexión. A través de un enfoque socio-espacial, los autores exploran dos preguntas fundamentales: ¿qué avances se lograron en paz territorial desde 2016? y ¿qué retos y perspectivas ofrece la idea de paz total hoy? El resultado es una revisión crítica y detallada de la evolución de los acuerdos de paz, sus vacíos y sus promesas, siempre centrados en las realidades locales.

The book From Territorial Peace to Total Peace in Colombia: A Socio-Spatial Approach emerges at a key moment in peace studies in Colombia. Published amid the conceptual shift from territorial peace to the notion of total peace proposed by the government of Gustavo Petro in 2022, this edited volume places territory at the center of the analysis. Through a socio-spatial perspective, the authors explore two fundamental questions: what advances were achieved in territorial peace since 2016, and what challenges and perspectives does the idea of total peace offer today? The result is a critical and detailed review of the evolution of the peace agreements, their gaps, and their promises, always grounded in local realities.
