La Ley 1732 del 2014 y el Decreto 1038 de 2015 reglamentan la Cátedra para la Paz en todos los establecimientos de educación primaria y secundaria de Colombia. Considerando la importancia de este tema para la sociedad colombiana en la actualidad, en este artículo se analiza el discurso estudiantil sobre la Educación para la Paz desde una perspectiva hermenéutica, con el fin de presentar un diagnóstico sobre la implementación de dicha Cátedra. Para ello, se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas semiestructuradas en profundidad en cinco instituciones públicas de educación secundaria ubicadas en la ciudad de Bogotá.

The Law 1732 of 2014 and the Decree 1038 of 2015 regulate the Chair for Peace in all primary and secondary schools in Colombia. Bearing in mind the importance of this issue for Colombian society at present, this article analyzes the student discourse on Education for Peace from a hermeneutic perspective, in order to present a diagnosis on the implementation of the Chair. To this end, semi-structured interviews and surveys were carried out in five public secondary education institutions located in the city of Bogotá.

A Lei nº 1732 de 2014 e o Decreto nº 1038 de 2015 regulamentam a Cátedra para a Paz em todos os estabelecimentos de ensino de educação primária e secundária da Colômbia. Considerando a importância deste tema para a sociedade colombiana na atualidade, este artigo analisará o discurso estudantil sobre a Educação para a Paz a partir de uma perspectiva hermenêutica e apresentará um diagnóstico sobre a implementação da referida Cátedra. Para isso, foram realizadas pesquisas e entrevistas semiestruturadas em profundidade em cinco instituições públicas de educação secundária localizadas na cidade de Bogotá.
