Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación sobre la innovación pedagógica desarrollada durante el 2016 con la sexta cohorte de la Especialización en Acción sin Daño y Construcción de Paz en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Bogotá, que a partir de las exigencias del contexto nacional de cara al posacuerdo le apostó a la formación de practicantes de paz desde las pedagogías críticas. La investigación buscó identificar las transformaciones en la relación docente-estudiante y en las construcciones simbólicas sobre el aprendizaje a partir de las innovaciones planteadas, las cuales llevaron a que la cohorte analizara los conflictos desde sus escenarios próximos, reconociera su papel en la construcción de paz y pudiera establecer relaciones de construcción conjunta de conocimiento.

This paper presents the results of the research on the pedagogical innovation that was developed with the students of the Specialization on Do no Harm and Peacebuilding during 2016 at the National University of Colombia-Bogotá Campus, it was proposed taking into account the demands of the national context facing post-agreement; therefore the program sought to educate peace-practitioners based on critical pedagogy. The research aimed to identify the transformations on the professor-student relationship and on the symbolic constructions about learning through the proposed innovations; it took the group of students to analyze conflicts based on their own contexts, to recognize their role on peacebuilding and to establish relationships of collective knowledge construction.

Este artigo apresenta os resultados da pesquisa sobre inovação pedagógica desenvolvida durante 2016 com a sexta coorte da Especialização em Ação sem Danos e Construção da Paz na Universidade Nacional da Colômbia, em Bogotá, que a partir das exigências do contexto nacional em face do pós-acordo, apostou na formação de praticantes da paz a partir de pedagogias críticas. A pesquisa procurou identificar as transformações na relação docente-estudante e nas construções simbólicas de aprendizagem a partir das inovações propostas que levaram a coorte a analisar os conflitos a partir de seus cenários próximos, reconhecendo seu papel na construção da paz e poderia estabelecer relações de construção conjunta de conhecimento.
