El libro escrito por William Enrique Cepeda Peña es un estudio detallado sobre los eclipses de Sol y Luna en Colombia, que incluye un cálculo preciso de las zonas de penumbra y sombra, así como tablas de predicción hasta el año 2100. Está dividido en cuatro partes que ofrecen una explicación exhaustiva de estos fenómenos astronómicos, basada en investigaciones realizadas en el Observatorio Astronómico Nacional.

The book written by William Enrique Cepeda Peña is a detailed study on solar and lunar eclipses in Colombia, which includes a precise calculation of the penumbra and shadow zones, as well as prediction tables until the year 2100. It is divided into four parts that offer an exhaustive explanation of these astronomical phenomena, based on research carried out at the National Astronomical Observatory.
