Usualmente las investigaciones sobre los resultados de la educación se basan en medir índices de aprendizaje en los estudiantes pero muy difícilmente se evalúan los procesos de enseñanza. Consideramos que son los docentes mismos quienes deben desarrollar la autoevaluación de su ejercicio de enseñanza en la misma práctica docente que le permita comprender mejor como mejorar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. En este trabajo presentamos una propuesta para que el maestro desarrolle este tipo de evaluación y en consecuencia mejore su desarrollo didáctico.

Usually research on outcomes of education is based on measuring learning rates in students, but it is very difficult to evaluate teaching processes. We believe that is teachers responsibility to evaluate their own teaching practice in the same teaching exercise that allows them to better understand how to improve teaching and learning processes. In this paper we present a proposal for the teacher to develop this type of evaluation and consequently improve their didactic development.
