El propósito de este artículo es presentar los resultados parciales de la envestigación sobre el balance de la segunda administración de Antanas Mockus en materia de educación ciudadana formal y no formal. Se destacan sus presupuestos teóricos y metodológicos, su impacto en la comunidad y sus manejos desde las políticas públicas. De igual manera, se realiza un balance sobre la formación de competencias en la escuela bogotana, apoyados en los documentos y estados del arte disponibles.Abstract (en)
This abstract is aimed at reporting on the preliminary results of the researsh on the balance of Antanas Mockus secon administration period, in terms on formal and non formal citizen education. It is necessary to highlight this underlying theoretical and methodological principles, their impact and management from a political perspective. In the same way, this abstract is also meant to make a balance of the formation of citizen competencies in Botá's school supported by available documentation and state of arts.References
